2009-09-28 - I just wanted you to know I LOVE my Aeron Chair. Having worked in the martial arts for years and being a tall big guy sort of limited me to finding a really great, comfortable business chair.
Spending hours in front of a computer with a cheap office chair would give me headaches. But this Aeron chair is like sitting on a cloud! I love my new chair and I'm a lot more productive, too. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
There is not a price you can place on a happy, productive sales manager (me) so investing in this chair was about the best thing I could have ever done.

2009-02-21 - I am thinking about purchasing a Herman Miller chair. I saw some on ebay that are cheaper than the ones on the Herman Miller preowned website. Is it worth it to pay the extra to get a Aerons authorized preowned?

Having experienced one too many eBay blunders, I decided to spend a little extra on a pair of chairs from your site. They arrived on my doorstep less than 24 hours after I ordered them, carefully wrapped, taped and packed tightly into a box that fit perfectly. I pulled them both out and put them together in under 10 minutes and we were able to enjoy them instantly.
